Sandals

Our footbed sandals are the perfect choice for wearing out and about all day. Designed with comfort and durability in mind, here’s why they’re ideal for extended wear:

• High-Quality Vegan Leather: The uppers are made from our signature Italian vegan leather with 69% bio-based content. It is soft, flexible, and molds to your feet for a comfortable fit.
• Elasticated Straps: Each sandal features elasticated straps on the back to ensure a snug and adjustable fit. This design helps prevent slipping and ensures all-day comfort without creating pressure points.
• Comfort Cork Footbeds: Our sandals are equipped with shock-absorbing cork footbeds that provide excellent arch support and cushioning. The footbeds help reduce foot fatigue, making them ideal for all-day use.
• Soft Vegan Suede Lining: The uppers are lined with soft vegan suede, which is gentle against the skin and allows you to wear the sandals comfortably without socks.
• Updated Rubber Outsoles: We’ve recently enhanced our sandal outsoles with recycled content. The outsoles are not only durable but also feature grippy textures for stability on various surfaces. The color splashes of recycled material add a unique touch and highlight their eco-friendly design.

With these features, our vegan sandals offer the comfort and support you need for a full day of activity, making them a great choice for your everyday adventures.

Yes, our vegan sandals are designed to be versatile and durable, making them suitable for beach outings. Here’s what you need to know about wearing them in sandy and salty conditions:

• Salt Water Exposure: Our vegan sandals are crafted to withstand occasional exposure to salt water. The Italian vegan leather and the cork footbeds are treated to resist moisture, so you can enjoy the beach without worrying too much about damage. However, it’s important to rinse off any saltwater with fresh water and dry them thoroughly to maintain their condition.
• Sand: The durable rubber outsoles are designed to handle sandy environments. While sand won’t damage the sandals, it’s best to shake or brush off any sand after use to prevent it from getting trapped in the straps or footbeds. This will help maintain comfort and prevent any potential irritation.
• Cleaning and Care: After a day at the beach, gently clean your sandals with a damp cloth to remove any residual sand or salt. Allow them to air dry in a cool, dry place. Avoid using direct heat sources as they can cause damage to the materials.

With proper care, your vegan sandals will continue to perform well and look great, making them a reliable choice for beach trips and other summer activities.

To ensure your vegan sandals remain in excellent condition and are ready for next summer, proper storage is key. Follow these tips for optimal care:

• Clean Thoroughly: Before storing your vegan sandals, give them a thorough cleaning. Remove any dirt, sand, or salt residues by wiping them with a damp cloth. For stubborn stains, use a gentle cleaner appropriate for the materials. Ensure the vegan sandals are completely dry before storing them to prevent mold or mildew.
• Store in a Cool, Dry Place: Keep your vegan sandals in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Excessive heat and sunlight can cause the materials to degrade and lose their shape. A dry environment helps prevent any moisture-related issues.
• Use Shoe Bags or Boxes: Store your vegan sandals in breathable shoe bags or their original boxes to protect them from dust and damage. If using a box, consider adding silica gel packets to absorb any excess moisture.
• Maintain Shape: To help your vegan sandals retain their shape, avoid storing them in a cramped or tightly packed space. If necessary, insert a shoe tree or stuffing (like acid-free tissue paper) into the sandals to maintain their form and prevent deformation.
• Avoid Hanging or Overlapping: Avoid hanging your vegan sandals or stacking them in a way that could cause them to lose their shape or become misshapen. Lay them flat or place them in a box where they won’t be squished.

By following these storage tips, your vegan sandals will stay in great condition and be ready for you to enjoy when summer rolls around again.
