A clean sneaker cut in Italian vegan suede. Soft, warm, and tonal all the way through.
The upper is our signature Italian vegan nubuck (100% PU) — one of the finest vegan suedes you can get, Ecolabel certified — cut from as few pieces as possible: one sweep over the toe, a slim facing carrying five eyelets, a seam down the heel and nothing else. The nap catches the light differently as it moves, which is what gives these depth where a smooth leather gives you shine. Metal eyelets and lace tips (100% zamak) sit flush and dark, with flat laces (100% recycled polyester) through them.
The sole runs tonal to the upper — a sidewall in the same colour with a fine line of stitching traced along it, so the whole shoe reads as one block rather than a shoe on a white sole. Underneath, an accent layer of gum rubber picks out the bottom edge in warm tan. Hard-wearing, grippy rubber (10% recycled rubber), sitting flat at 2.5cm front and back. Cushioned layered insoles — soft memory foam over a recycled PU base (20% recycled PU) — mean you can be in them all day. Grey woven Tencel™ linings inside, very soft against your feet, breathable and moisture-wicking.
Five colours and they behave differently. Dark blue is the versatile one — grey wide-leg trousers and a white shirt, or blue denim and a knit. Black goes sharpest and disappears under anything. Grey is the quietest, good with denim and a hoodie. Wine and olive are the ones that do the talking: put either against blue denim and a cream or camel knit and let the colour sit at the bottom of the outfit.
Easy to clean, too. Mud and water won't mark or stain them — let them dry out naturally and brush the nap back up, and they come back looking like themselves.
