Timeless, versatile, and very comfortable to wear.

These are real moccasins, made the traditional way. A single piece of soft chestnut vegan suede is wrapped around the foot and stitched to form the shoe, with the sole stitched directly inside — one continuous layer between your foot and the ground. It's an age-old technique known as tubular construction, and it's what gives a true moccasin its character: the shoe flexes naturally, moulds to your foot over time, and ends up fitting like it was made for you. There's no rigid structure inside fighting your foot, just soft suede shaped around it.

Crafted in Portugal from vegan suede with a fine, velvety touch, they're detailed with cream stitching for a clean, classic look. The traditional penny slot adds a refined finish that pairs just as well with jeans as with tailored trousers, and the U-shaped toe gives a classic profile with room to move your toes.

Inside, breathable onSteam® linings from Spain wick moisture away and resist odour, helping keep your feet fresh through long days and varied climates, over deep, cushioned insoles made with memory foam and recycled content for that familiar WVS comfort. Underfoot, the durable gum-coloured outsole has built-in flex points that move with you and grip underfoot, its tonal colour blending into the chestnut suede for a smooth, unified look.

A true cross-season staple, they bring understated style to spring days, autumn streets and mild winter moments alike — finished with WVS gold foil branding on the footbed.

Ethics & Origin

This product is ethically made in Portugal under EU employment, discrimination and health & safety law. It's vegan from the uppers and linings to the glue. It's delivered to you in plastic-free paper and cardboard packaging. We measure the emissions from making and delivering it, and work to a plan to reduce them.

Upper: Portuguese vegan suede (100% PU)
Lining: onSteam® breathable microfibre lining (100% polyester) – temperature-regulating and highly absorbent, it wicks moisture away to keep feet dry, with naturally antibacterial, odour-resisting and hypoallergenic properties
Insole: Cushioned layered insole – a soft memory foam top layer over a recycled PU base (20% recycled PU) cut to fit the shoe
Outsole: TR (thermoplastic rubber)

Shank: No shank – a soft, flexible build that moves with your feet

Care Guide

Clean: For marks and stubborn stains, use warm soapy water with a cloth or soft brush, working gently over the surface. Towel dry afterwards.Brush: Once fully dry, run a suede brush over the uppers to lift the nap back up and restore the soft, even texture. Brushing in one direction gives the most consistent finish.Drying: Always let your footwear dry naturally, away from direct heat sources like radiators, as too much heat can stiffen or damage the suede. Stuff with paper or a shoe tree to help hold the shape while drying, and allow a day or two for the insides to dry fully before wearing again.Deodorising: Don't let your footwear stay damp between wears, as this creates an environment where microbes can develop and cause smells. If a smell does develop, dry the footwear thoroughly and use a footwear deodoriser until it clears. In extreme cases you can wash the insides out with warm soapy water, then dry fully and apply the deodoriser again.Waterproofing (optional): If you'd like some added protection, you can treat the suede with a waterproofing spray every 2–3 months depending on use — most standard sprays work fine on vegan suede. This is optional, and bear in mind vegan suede is naturally an open-textured material that isn't designed to be water-resistant.

Fit and comfort notes:

Width and volume: our footwear is designed with a slightly wider D width fitting, offering more width and volume than most brands.
Materials: we use high quality vegan leather and suede. These materials are stable and won't stretch out significantly over time, so we recommend sizing up for comfort.
The perfect fit: you don't want the shoes to pinch your feet. You should have wiggle room for your toes and no rub points.
Feel: in most cases you'll find our footwear is comfy straight out of the box. Depending on the style or your foot shape, it can sometimes take a few wears for the uppers to soften and mould to your feet.

How to take your foot length measurement

Stand on a hard surface with your heel against a wall.
Measure your foot from the heel (the wall) to the longest point of your toes.
Use this number to find your size in the chart above.

It is helpful to measure both feet, as one foot is often slightly larger than the other. Always choose the size that accommodates your longest foot.
