A biker jacket built around a contrast of two surfaces. The body is Italian vegan nappa (100% PU), soft in the hand with a low sheen, and vegan suede panels (90% polyester, 10% elastane) run across the lapels, the shoulders and the sides in a matt black that catches the light differently. The two sit side by side rather than one dominating, which is what gives the jacket its depth in a single colour.
It's cut to sit just on the hip, with the asymmetric zip and wide notched lapels of a traditional biker. A vegan nappa belt runs at the waist with a buckle at one side and a row of studs at the other, so you can leave it hanging for the look or pull it in. Zipped pockets sit at the front and there are zips at the wrists, letting the cuffs open out over a knit. It's lined in viscose, so it goes on easily over whatever's underneath.
Wear it over a plain tee with black jeans and boots when it's warm, or over a hoodie or a chunky knit when it turns. It also works over a knit dress with tall boots, the belt marking the waist where the jacket ends. It's a jacket with enough character to lead, so keep what's underneath simple and let the two textures do the work.
