Our Notes

We designed our Insulated Biker Boots to be the pair you reach for from the first cold snap to the last — classic biker styling built to keep your feet warm and dry right through winter.

The uppers are onMicro® waterproof vegan leather (100% PU) — a breathable, PFC-free microfibre made in Spain by Grupo Morón — so they're highly water-resistant with no PFC/PFA chemicals anywhere in the build. Rain, wet streets and winter slush are what they're made for.

Inside is where they earn their name. PrimaLoft® insulation made with 90% recycled content keeps your feet warm in freezing conditions, wrapped in a recycled vegan shearling lining (100% recycled polyester) that covers the tongue and runs all the way down to your toes. Underfoot, cushioned layered insoles pair a soft memory foam top layer with a recycled PU base (20% recycled PU), and a steel shank gives stability and support through the arch.

The biker details do their job as well as look the part: twin metal buckles at the ankle and cuff in 100% zamak (a durable zinc alloy), and a full top-to-bottom zip on the inside so they slide on and off easily — no wrestling with a fitted boot on a cold morning. The hard-wearing, grippy rubber outsoles, made with 10% recycled rubber, carry a deep tread for winter pavements, with a 3.5cm heel and 1.5cm toe height.

Ethics & Sustainability

This product is certified carbon-neutral and ethically made in Portugal under EU employment, discrimination and health & safety law. It's vegan from the uppers and linings to the glue. It's delivered to you through our carbon-neutral supply chain in plastic-free paper and cardboard packaging.

Upper: onMicro® waterproof vegan leather (100% PU) – a breathable, PFC-free microfibre by Grupo Morón that keeps water out while letting feet breathe, lightweight and highly hard-wearing
Lining: Recycled vegan shearling (100% recycled polyester) – covering the tongue and fully lining the boot down to your toes, keeping your feet warm even in freezing temperatures
Insole: Cushioned layered insole – a soft memory foam top layer over a recycled PU base (20% recycled PU) cut to fit the shoe
Outsole: Hard-wearing, grippy rubber outsole made with 10% recycled rubber

Construction & Features

Shank: Steel shank for stability and support through the arch

Construction: Mounted (cemented) construction – the upper is lasted to shape and the outsole bonded directly underneath. The most widely used construction method in footwear, it gives a clean, flexible build, though the outsole isn't easily resoled
Water Resistance: Highly water-resistant and PFC/PFA free – the waterproof onMicro® vegan leather by Grupo Morón and a water-resistant lining keep your feet dry through rain, snow and slush. Not waterproof as a whole boot, so not suitable for submersion.

Care Guide

Clean: Wipe the uppers and outsoles with warm soapy water and a cloth or soft brush, then towel dry thoroughly. Polish: A synthetic polish can be used to bring back shine and refresh the colour — any synthetic product should work fine, applied as described in its instructions. If your footwear has a burnished effect on the toes and sides (we apply a darker polish to some of our brown vegan leather uppers for effect), this is best reapplied by a cobbler, or at home using a darker shade of polish worked around the toes and sides. Drying: You can dry your footwear on top of or near a radiator or other heat source. Depending on the heat, it can take a few days to dry out the insides fully. Never put your footwear in the washing machine. Deodorising: Don't let your footwear stay damp between wears, especially inside boots, as this can damage the water resistance and let microbes develop, causing a smell. If this happens, dry the footwear thoroughly and use a footwear deodoriser until the smell stops. In extreme cases, wash the insides out with warm soapy water, then dry fully and reapply the deodoriser. Waterproofing (optional): You can treat the uppers with a waterproofing spray to improve durability, stain resistance and water resistance. We recommend doing this every 2–3 months depending on use — most standard waterproofing sprays work fine on our vegan leather.
