The Freedom Trainer is built around one idea: let the foot move. It's an ergonomic, lightweight trainer for cross-training, workout classes, road running and everyday wear — the kind of shoe you forget you're wearing.
The upper is cut from a single piece of recycled mesh knit (100% recycled polyester), so there are no seams to rub and nothing holding the foot back, while the open mesh keeps air moving through to keep you cool almost like being barefoot. Underneath, the ERGO-flex™ outsole is built to move with your foot rather than against it: a flexpoint sits right at the ball of the foot so the shoe bends where you bend, a high-traction tread grips, and a patented Support System adds cushioning where you need it. Inside, a removable contoured sports insole shapes to the foot for support underfoot, and the direct-injected sole is moulded straight onto the upper in one sealed, hard-wearing piece that stays put through heavy use.
They come in an all-black that works well beyond the gym and a clean all-white, both easy with shorts and a tee for training, joggers and an oversized sweat for rest days, or leggings and everyday active wear. It's the trainer for the days that move from a workout to everything after it.
