The Continental Wallet is cut long, so notes lie flat rather than folding in half, and it holds the shape of a clutch when it's closed. The wrist strap means it works carried on its own through an evening, and it slips into a bag the rest of the time. It's cut in a soft vegan leather with a pebble grain, which takes the light in small breaks across the surface and hides the marks of everyday handling.
A single magnetic snap holds the front flap down, set into the underside so nothing breaks the line of the front. Press the flap and it catches on its own; lift it and it releases with a light pull, so you can get into it one-handed.
Inside there are six card slots, two wide slots and a slim pocket, with a zipped compartment for coins. The layout keeps cards, notes and change apart from each other, so you're not turning the whole thing out to find one thing. A WVS marque is embossed on the front, blind rather than foiled.

It closes with a light press and opens with a pull, so you can get in and out of it one-handed without working a clasp. Inside, the coin compartment closes with a zip running the full width, and the wrist strap is riveted to the side of the wallet
- Construction
- Cut and closed by hand, with the panels turned and stitched rather than bonded, so the edges are finished on the inside and there's no raw cut showing. The card slots are skived down before they're set in, which is what keeps the wallet slim through the fold instead of building up thickness where the layers meet. Edge stitching runs through the outer panels to hold the fold flat over time.
