The chunky TR track soles now have an extra deep tread and are extra chunky — a 5cm heel with a 3cm platform at the front and a 1cm deep tread. They will last you years and provide excellent traction from hill trails to muddy fields to walking around town.
The new D-ring lacing system, in an old gold finish 100% zamak, creates a distinctive look and provides a secure, stable fit with easy tension adjustment — laced with strong laces in 100% recycled polyester with metal tips. With a high shaft and ankle collar padding, these boots feel secure and stable to wear, helping your feet stay comfy over long distances.
The uppers are onMicro® waterproof vegan leather (100% PU) — a breathable, PFC-free microfibre that keeps water out while letting your feet breathe, lightweight and highly hard-wearing. Combined with a water-resistant lining, these boots are highly water-resistant and PFC/PFA free, keeping your feet dry through rain, snow and slush — though not waterproof as a whole boot, so not suitable for submersion. Being fully synthetic, the uppers won't rot, crack or spoil from repeated soaking and drying, and road salt won't mark them — a quick wipe with warm soapy water and they're clean.
Inside, PrimaLoft® insulation made with 90% recycled content keeps your feet warm in freezing conditions, and a thick, cream soft vegan fur lining (100% recycled polyester) goes all the way down to your toes. Underfoot are deep, squishy insoles — a soft memory foam top layer over a recycled PU base (20% recycled PU).

- Chunky lugged TR track sole – deep tread for solid grip underfoot, with the bold, stacked look that defines the style

- Long, extra-strong laces (100% recycled polyester), with metal lace tips (100% zamak — a durable zinc alloy)

- Steel shank for stability and support through the arch
- Hardware
- Metal D-rings and eyelets in an old gold finish, all 100% zamak (a durable zinc alloy) – a fastening system that laces quickly and holds securely
- Construction
- Mounted (cemented) construction – the upper is lasted to shape and the outsole bonded directly underneath. The most widely used construction method in footwear, it gives a clean, flexible build, though the outsole isn't easily resoled
- Water Resistance
- Highly water-resistant and PFC/PFA free – the waterproof onMicro® vegan leather by Grupo Morón and a water-resistant lining keep your feet dry through rain, snow and slush. Not waterproof as a whole boot, so not suitable for submersion.

Amazing purchase, I'm so glad I got them, they are warm, comfortable and I'm getting so many compliments on them!
These are warm, comfy, and my feet feel so supported and protected in them. Excellent tread for hiking through surprise mud or a long walk when you forget the buses go on strike.
The small flap on the tongue of one of the boots snapped on the second wear but having now had them for several months, they're otherwise a solid, high quality boot. Glad I ignored the delicate work boots I actually needed and got these beauties instead.
I just love these boots so much and I am very impressed with this online store overall. These boots were great for a weekend in a brutal Minnesota winter, they’re great for the less cold winter days of New York. They’re good in both rain and snow. They are so comfortable and now one of my favorite pairs of shoes.
