The Reversible Belt carries black on one face and tan on the other, so one belt covers what usually takes two. The buckle is a rectangular frame in polished silver, hinged so the whole thing rotates on the strap: turn it a half circle and the belt flips over, then locks back flat. It's a solid piece with a real weight in the hand, and it sits square across the front on either side. The strap works as easily through the loops of a pair of jeans as it does over tailored trousers, and the end is tapered so it lies flat through the keeper.
The strap is made from two pieces of our signature bio-based vegan leather, glued and then stitched together to form a strap that's thick, durable and flexible, with a different colour facing out on each side. The edges are skived down before they're closed, so the strap tapers at the sides rather than sitting square, and the strap and keeper are double-stitched along their length.
All our belts and accessories are made in the same signature bio-based vegan leather as our footwear, so they colour match exactly. Order the same colour name and the finish and the shade will be the same across the pair.

- Heavyweight solid buckle cast in zamak, a durable zinc alloy. The pin and frame are made as one solid piece rather than plated over a hollow core, which is what gives the buckle its weight in the hand and keeps the edges sharp over years of wear

- Built from two pieces of our bio-based vegan leather, bonded face to face and then stitched through, which is what gives the strap its thickness and its weight in the hand. Lining the front with the same material rather than a thinner backing is the reason it holds its shape across the width and still bends comfortably around the waist. The edges are skived down before they're closed, so the strap tapers at the sides rather than sitting square, and the strap and keeper are double-stitched along their length. The buckle is solid metal, set on a folded and stitched end.
