Unable to review these shoes as I was sent brown lace up brogues instead and then they were out of stock. Maybe need better IT systems in place to avoid requesting a review inappropriately!

I absolutely love this brand and these shoes - they were just what I was looking for! Also really good value.

I was on the hunt for some plain / classic black flats that didn't have a bow or super round shape to them and went for these. I was a little nervous about the "slingback" style, thinking it would dig into my heel or become stretched out over time.

Pros: They are very good looking shoes, neutral enough to go with most everything. I get compliments every time I wear them! The sole, heel and material are of excellent quality -- as to be expected with WVS. And, I love the little heel and toe shape they have -- very polished look.
Cons: The sling feature is not the most comfortable, at least for me. It walks more like a flip-flop. The slingback was fine during the break in period, with the toecap doing more of the digging in on the top of my foot. Now the sling seems to be a bit too loose.

My wish would be for this exact shoe to be made with a regular back.

They look nice, but they’re very stiff and uncomfortable.

I really like this shoe, I want to keep it but it's just a bit loose at the ankle strap. I may have to return it because it is not adjustable. =(
