I bought this briefcase for my husband originally 2 years ago for his birthday. He loved it and used it every day for work. Unfortunately he over packed it and eventually the handle strap broke. This really was him putting way too many heavy things in it as the briefcase is excellent quality. I contacted Wills to ask if I could get it repaired and they ended up sending a new one. This was very kind and great customer service, though a shame that there was no way to repair the handle as otherwise the briefcase looks brand new still. It is truly high quality vegan leather and looks really stylish and professional!
The briefcase performs and looks like it is much more expensive than it is. The only thing to watch out for is it expands larger than I expected. This is good when you have a lot to include, but can be a bit large if you only have a few documents in it.
Wenn ich unterwegs bin, habe ich gerne eine Aktentasche dabei, weil ich mir die Manteltaschen nicht vollstopfen und durch Schlüssel beschädigen will. Jetzt habe ich endlich eine Tasche, die gut aussieht und frei von Leder ist. Ein kleiner Schirm passt ohne weiteres hinein. Ich hätte mir noch ein paar Halterungen für Stifte oder ein Mobiltelefon gewünscht, aber das ist nicht so wichtig.
Ich benutze die Tasche jetzt seit 3 Jahren und sie hat noch keine erkennbaren Abnutzungen. Ich liebe die Tasche!
