Made in Italy & Portugal Our collections are made under European Union employment, discrimination and health & safety law, so the people who make them have rights covering working hours, equal pay, maternity and parental leave, anti-discrimination, agency worker protection and health and safety. Bio-based vegan leather Most of our footwear and accessories use an Italian bio-based vegan leather made with 62–66% plant-origin renewable materials from cereal crops, on a eucalyptus viscose backing. The remainder is polyurethane, so there is still some plastic in it, and it is not biodegradable. Our vegan suedes are 100% polyurethane. Plastic-free packaging No plastic bags or plastic packaging. Everything your order arrives in is untreated paper or cardboard and can be recycled with your household paper collection. Emissions We measure the greenhouse gas emissions from everything we do, following the Greenhouse Gas Protocol, set reduction targets every year, invest in projects that cut emissions inside and beyond our supply chain, and report our progress. This is certified through The Climate Label, an independent standard run by The Change Climate Project. It does not mean our products have zero environmental impact — it means we know our emissions, we have a plan to reduce them, and we are measured against it every year. We don't go on sale No seasonal sales, no Black Friday, no discounting to sell more. We design and manufacture our styles to last, so you buy less.
