We do not use plastic bags or plastic packaging. Everything we send your order in is paper or cardboard, and can be recycled with your household paper collection.
When you receive and open your parcel you can expect the following:
- Untreated paper shipping bags
- Untreated cardboard boxes
- Document packs with water-based adhesive and paper backing
- Untreated paper parcel tape
We measure the greenhouse gas emissions from our deliveries and returns as part of our overall footprint, set targets to reduce them each year, and report our progress. This is certified through The Climate Label.
