We do not include the following in your delivery

• We do not include an invoice
• We do not include a delivery note
• We do not include returns forms

Our deliveries and returns are paper free to save resources.

Deliveries are branded with WVS tape and often have our logo on the outside of the box or paper envelope, so they are not discreet. We recommend sending your delivery to another address if it is for a surprise.

We are sorry right now, we do not provide a gift slip service. We cannot include personalised notes or messages with a delivery.
