Marinated in Extra Virgin Olive Oil: One of the first recipes we were given back in 1992.
Found on a market in Ragusa, Sicily and then perfected by our fried Gaetano Amato in Monterosso Almo.
The chilli infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil is excellent for a spicy dressing or frying vegan eggs in for a weekend brunch… Ace.
